Fantastic for cooking (no really!)
I bought these gloves as I like to cook at home a lot and often have friends around for tasting menus (sad but very true). These gloves had been recommended to me by a friend who is a chef, as he finds them a hygienic and quick solution to plating food.General pros of the gloves-They stay put very well-No rips or tears so far, so they are strong enough for my culinary use-You can handle food at a higher temperature than normal without burning yourself-They offer a hygienic solution when entertaining and handling food directly-Useful for handling hot or smelly foods such as chillies that will have an adverse effect on your skinI can't think of any negatives for the gloves and I am glad we bought these, we do not use them every day but they're good to have on hand as an option. In short I would recommend.

Just Perfect!
Being a private carer you never know what you may need to clear up - and these gloves are perfect for everything. They are strong, reliable and comfortable. The price is amazing too, I researched loads of gloves and these are by far the cheapest and best value for money. I would definetly recommend these to anyone.

Great value
Excellent value and strongly made. We go for the powdered ones as find they are easier to get in/off. As they are not handed there are plenty as if one gets damaged you don't waste a pair. You get a lot for your money compared to supermarket packs and prices.

good gloves
I use these for beekeeping as when doubled they give decent protection but still allow you to be fairly nimble with the fingers. They are quite powdery unlike the last lot of gloves i bought from anouther supplier. They also seem fairly strong but when working with various sticky substances these types of gloves will always struggles to stay in one piece but thats the nature of the beast. I'm sure they will be ideal for first aid etc

Reduced quality???
These are far more expensive than others but I bought them thinking if St John's Ambulance use them they must be good. I'd been repeat ordering for some time and originally found them to be of good quality. Maybe I it was a dodgy batch but this last box I bought appeared thinner and was not at all durable for the purpose it was bought for .... personal care of clients. A shame the endorsement doesn't live up to the product anymore

Tough, great for DIY
Tough enough to be re-used, thin enough to not impair sense of touch.I ordered a medium set and they were a little tight: I'm a man with small but stumpy hands. Size is more appropriate for a woman's hand.I use them primarily for DIY.

Useless. All are breached on wearing - leak
DO NOT BUY!!! These won’t protect you from anything- household cleaning products or COVID19. Virtually all pears of gloves I have worn have had holes in whether you can see it or not. I’ve worn them to give surfaces a wipe down and on removing the gloves - my fingers are wet . They tear with the slightest of use. Even just with water , I find at least one wet fingertip - so it’s not the glove being degraded by disinfectants. I thought these would protect me against COVID19 whilst handling goods but they are worse than useless - they give a false sense of security! I wouldn’t like to say what exactly they should be used to examine. I use disposable gloves at work and I have a good knowledge of these as a whole . St Johns Ambulance- what are you doing with these ?!?! I only got them because there was little choice. Wish I had not bothered. Please don’t make the same mistake I did - believe me, they aren’t better than nothing !!! They are nothing !!!

Does what you expect
I love these. Powdered so they are easy to get on and off. Medium is a good fit for me. Reasonably strong - my wife has in the past used them in the garden and they stand some rough treatment. Beware of companies on Amazon that advertise these gloves and then send you a different make claiming that they are 'made in the same factory'. They supply gloves that are smaller and inferior quality and you can get that make much cheaper than the St John's product but you get what you pay for.
