These speaker stands came well packaged, every part was wrapped so as not to get damaged during transportation. The quality of the stands is first rate, nicely finished heavy duty tubing with lovely wooden base. Clear assembly instructions and simple to put together. They are made in the UK and are a million miles away from the cheap Chinese tat that you can buy. In conclusion, they are well made, look really nice, and even I can hear an immediate difference to the sound of my Dali Sensor1 bookshelf speakers. I would recommend these speaker stands.

A cinch to assemble, but you'll need a ridiculously large crosshead screwdriver. I was looking for a reasonably priced set of stands to use in my bedroom system for my 1991 Cyrus 780's and my Cyrus 2 amp of the same vintage and my Squeezebox Touch and Beresford DAC. I found these had good reviews from the press and the public so thought I'd take a punt. I wasn't expecting too much but adding these stands have taken it to another level. They look better in the flesh than on the site, they're well made, I've hidden the cables within the legs and the sound improvement for £129 is amazing. I reckon with some ballast and real effort these go from a great buy to an outstanding one.

Good quality stands, look nice but shame there's no way to secure the speakers to the stands, just beware of you have young children who could easily knock them off!

I love these. They were bought to improve the sound quality first and foremost which they definitely do but my speakers were previously wall mounted so pretty much any stands would be an improvement. They're heavy, well built, easy to put together and come well presented with easy assembly instructions. The missus doesn't like the look of the wooden bases but oh well :)

The stands look great and are great value. Initially, I had a fault with one if the stands but this was quickly resolved by both Nottingham HiFi and Atacama. So I can recommend the product and the seller.

Beautifully made, fantastic looking stands. All the components are satisfyingly weighty, and speakers feel rock solid on them. Only minor criticism; why are the bolts not hex head? They are a BIG crosshead drive - i have a lot of tools but didn't have a crosshead screwdriver big enough (have never seen a crosshead that big in all honesty!), so had to drive then with a flat blade. Hex bolts would have been so much better. Nevertheless, awesome product that oozes quality, nice work Atacama.

This is a great pair of floor stands for bookshelf type speakers. Tunable spikes, decent base weight, sturdy and easy build. If I would ever need one again, I know where to look. Great product!

Great speaker stands or more if you want it and got the money. I put stereo speaker and hometheather front speaker both on one stand with blu-tak at bottom of each. I bought larger top plates and also metal weights to he bottom just to make sure there's enough mass and space. And of course ATACAMA Bites in pipes too. One bucket fills both pipes approximately 10cm before the top. Don't no what do you fill in it but that probably gives you some info on pipes capacity for your needs. I'm very satisfied for buying these two stands plus extra. Nice bamboo nature attached to a black (I prefer trash-->) metal gives a good vibes in color and in touch. Easy to install, offering a great sound and good looks. It's hard to find anything more to ask from a set of speaker stands.
