To God be the glory. With much prayers after suffering with dysbiosis, IBS, SIFO AND SIBO for 2 years. They were all caused by the h pylori bacteria in my stomach. God directed me to a video on Facebook about lactobacillus Plantarum. My 2 years struggling with my stomach was very frustrating. Gas, bolting, constipation, colonoscopy, endoscopy etc. etc. Doctors visits from the Caribbean to the USA.
