I have a bad foot issue that causes my feet to get dry and almost like razor blades which wears and eventually tears the sheets. No sheet has been able to survive long term lol. So I have tried patches to extend it for a few months or so until I can get another one. I have tried other patches and most of the common ones have poor long term adhesion and/or can be a pain to get the initial hold. Will I still be able to wash my sheets? Or will the mending fabric fall apart in the washer?** A: It is meant to be washed and holds up pretty well. However, it is very stiff, so depending on where the hole is on the sheet, it might make them uncomfortable. **Q: I have an unlined linen sofa that has several revels from 5" wide to 15" long.
