Natural Sun Dried Scallop 干贝 元贝 青岛元贝 (Samll, 8oz)

I use this to make rice porridge, Chinese dishes, and Japanese cuisine.It has a better flavor than granulated dashi and is easier to use than large dried scallops since it rehydrates faster.

Some reviews said the scallops are too dry, some said they are moldy. I don't find these problems. They are a bit more salty than other ones I've had, but still delicious.

A little pricey for 1 lb. However once they are soaked and in a good spaghetti sauce. They are delicious. Have bought these before and will continue buying.
