I needed this for wing chun training, since we're learning the traditional Chinese way, it's full with sparring and full contact, and I'm 67kg and 173m so I get tired really fast after an intance 30 second sparring. After taking it for a week and a half, I can already say that it definitely gives me the boost needed for another 2 sparrings at least.
