Great pre work out. Not a bad taste and works really well.

I love the taste of these. I add 2 scoops into a glass of water and collagen every morning. They add a fizz to the water. I don't do weight training, just a lady in her 50s trying to keep my muscle strength up. I do feel stronger from taking these and feel my arms are a little more toned from carrying the dog.

Good quality, if rather expensive, but the water retention for me was a deal breaker for me. It's not the fact that I'm carrying some excess H20 around, but when you start to sweat boy you sweat bucket loads. I found some Creatine Hydrochlorate (HCL which is surprisingly difficult to find) and water retention is a lot better.

To say this is effective is an understatement it seems instantly I hade more energy to help around work and the gym it helps you to lean out
