They all arrived intact although I cannot promise yours will. This is not the sellers fault as the mugs are packaged well, it's those joyriding delivery drivers that are to blame lolAnyways, the mugs are very nice to hold and don't pinch your fingers like some other cheap mugs.Since they are made of glass it's nice to use with a coffee machine and watch as the coffee is dispensed.They are easy to clean and pretty sturdy.Like all glass products make sure they aren't too cold when you use them with coffee as the hot water can cause thermal shock which will shatter the glass, even ceramic is prone to this.

These are great for TASSIMO machines, look no further if you want a latte glass which holds lattes, or for example we like the TASSIMO L’OR Latte Macchiato. Looks great in these glasses, can see the layers and fits without being too full or too empty. Good sturdy glasses and easy to clean at home rather than tall thin glasses.

They were due between 14-17 December but thankfully they arrived today, 11 December. An early Christmas gift for my family and in particular my wife. When she saw these, it reminded her of her grandparents' coffee set. They fill up to 10 fluid ounces UK or 350 mL not the 385 mL mentioned on the box. They were very well packaged. One box with Fragile tape, inside box had bubble wrap and a foam sheet was around the cups box. Inside there was cardboard separators and bubble wrap around each cup.Now, I've been asked to pass on an old trick to protect from shattering these wee beauties LOL! Here goes, firstly give them a good wash in hot water, there's a vinegar smell/residue on them and take labels off.1) The fun part... Put your instant coffee and sugar then put the spoon in the cup. Pick up kettle and pour boiling water ONTO spoon BEFORE pouring into cup, fill up while leaving spoon there. Then add milk, stir and voilà! Perfect instant coffee into your new glass cup!2) If you've made brewed coffee, place sugar (if it's your style), then milk, put spoon in cup and pour brewed coffee into spoon again... and finally!3) Pod coffee, either warm up your cup by filling with hot tap water or once again, put a spoon in and direct the flow from machine onto spoon.We've been doing this for 30+ years, even with Pyrex measuring cups. Lol, that's how old these are and no crashing, smashing or exploding... Unless you drop these cups on the floor. Sorry can't help there, well maybe if you happen to have carpet in your kitchen... She's had her usual 4 cups today and her coffee was still warm enough on the last mouthfuls. Cheers!

Nice thick toughened glass mugs, good weight and look great.

Nice mugs but disappointed that they’re sold as a set of 4 but just come individually wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Had purchased as a gift to go with a coffee machine and expected a ‘set’ to come together in one box. Also outer box had no fragile notice on it and box was slightly damaged when arrived but luckily mugs look ok.
