Toddler Consitpation - did you know that toddlers need 15g of fibre per day!
If you are buying this due to toddler constipation, these certainly go a good way towards their fibre intake. Please be mindful that if your toddler is suffering constipation, they need 15g of fibre per day and they should be having 1 dirty nappy a day too If they are fussy and refuse to eat broccoli by the plateful - don't despair you can get fibre into their diet via high fibre snacks like breakfast bars, wholegrain crisps, Nutella, sweet potato fries - there are lots of foods out there that appeals to fussy toddlers - even chocolate hobnobs have a massive 1g of fibre in them - these might become your go to biscuit for toddler snacks - and the aldi ones are just the same! Don't feel bad during the fussy stage if you can only make up their fibre intake off of snack based foods - the main thing is they are eating fibre! Read all food labels and add up how much fibre they are eating for a little while to get yourself accustomed to the fact that they need to eat a fair bit of fibre to keep their little bowels moving. Its all about fibre with most cases of toddler constipation - they need 15g and you need to give it to them...by reading labels and adding up what they have had and what they still need to have! Best of luck :)

ellas apples are fantastic
my baby has been eating these since 5 months old, she is now 8 months and sucks the apple straight from the pouch like a drink, the are so healthy and can be used to cook with also. i made sweet potatoe and apple mash, steam sweet potatoes and mash with the apple and this provides an extremely healthy meal for your baby. also pork and apple with veg, it can be mashed to make a very tasty meal with nothing artificial.

smooth pears... just pears
They are sooooo smooooth! and great for the start of weaning so when you might be busy pureeing veg you can just squeeze a bit of pear in and they are great to take out with you. They last 2 days in the back of the fridge once opened too which is good! It is 100% pears!!

tasty
My son loves this. Easy to carry and he can feed himself. It's also relatively mess free eating. There is no more to add but amazon insists on 20 words. So Blah Blah. I am busy

ella's kitchin. pears pears pears. dew dew dew!!
I Always give my daughter ella's kitchen products which are always very tasty. But unfortunately for my daughter and myself I purchased these of Amazon they tasted like cardboard, absolutely disgusting. I ended up throwing them all in the bin. Waste of money and will never buy baby food of amazon again!!
