Everything that you need to register your Star Name is included in the gift set. Simply go on-line and follow the simple instructions. You will choose your star name, the constellation you'd like the star to appear in and the name of the person you're dedicating the star to. Once you've registered your star name you will be able to print out your Star Deed Certificate or if you don't have the facility to print it out we'll be happy to send it in the post to you. You'll also be able to view your star on Google Sky using your Star's astronomical co-ordinates. IMPORTANT: Please note that Naming a Star is a beautiful and symbolic gesture which makes a stunning and unique gift but it is a novelty gift and your star name will not be used or recognised by the astronomic or scientific community & no legal title is inferred or implied. We guarantee that each star is named only once in our register. There are other star naming companies with their own registers and it is possible that a star in our register could be referred to in another company's register. Superb Customer Services
I can only praise customer services for their excellent attention to my inquiry. I completely messed up the any chance of downloading the certificate and threw myself on their mercy. They were brilliant and got the job done without any fuss or drama. The certificate duly arrived in the post. Waste of money
This was bought as a gift but very disappointed the help lines do not work and no one answers emails and time has now run out to name the star

Disappointing
Expected a bit more was just à tin box with leaflets in and you had to go on line register and print off own certificate. Disappointed as purchased for a christening present.
