Can these eyelashes flutter when you turn your headlights on and off, and are they suitable for highway speeds?

They do not flutter when you turn your headlights on or off, sorry. They are suitable for speeds upward to 60-65, just make sure to attach them properly and allow the stickiness to set in before you start driving.

Do they fit any size vehicle

Yes these will fit any size vehicle

Has anyone been to the car wash with them on? If yes, how were they afterward?

My daughter went through a car wash and it took one of the lashes off.

Are they good on the freeway?

If installed properly they will handle any normal speeds including interstate/freeways. Car washes etc. My wife is on her second pair 1st one lasted 2 years and replaced just due to fading. Just read instructions and install and you wont have any problems.
