You will not be disappointed in the taste, but expected better for the price? I mean, it doesn't taste much better than dried seaweed I've bought for half the price, or less. We will eat it and enjoy it but probably will not purchase again.

A very important ingredient for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine. This seaweed, all by itself, makes the dashi broth for Miso and Clear Soup. Probably many more but I've not found them yet. I also learned that letting the kombu sit in the boiled and cooled water for 24 hours makes it even tastier and more robust. Great Product!

Once you realize it’s seaweed, it’s pretty tasty for seaweed. We use it to make sushi rice cuz we’re pretty shizzle.

Put this in beans to get rid of the sugars that cause digestive issues. I’ve noticed a big difference.
