The media could not be loaded.  This heater is the way to go! I’m a new homeowner and the existing heater in my garage didn’t work and was unable to fix. This heater was easy to install, arrived quickly in the dead of winter, easy directions to follow, and keeps my garage nice and toasty. I had a pipe freeze a week before I got this and have had no issues since getting this. I finally have piece of mind living in the cryogenic freezer that is a Michigan winter.

I used this item for one of my units and it was fine until I went to turn it on and it had a broken knob so I had to order another one hopefully I can return the other one and get my refund

The thermostat knob was broke when the heater was received and the optional blower never came on in the automatic setting

I purchase this heater and after two weeks of perfect performance and usage, it suddenly stopped working. Now I can get no useful response from the seller, almost like they are trying to use up the return time. Do not buy from this company, they don't answer the phone and don't replace defective parts!

I love everything about this heater. It is capable of heating our entire home (1300 sq. ft.). No worry about power outages either. In fact, I have turned our forced air furnace down. So I'm saving energy at keeping warm while using less energy. The blue flame is also soothing to watch. This is a real bargain.

Recently purchased as supplemental heat source for a large basement. I had a qualified heating contractor install the heater. You always want to make sure a natural gas heater is properly installed. The heater works great and is ideal for additional heating. The best thing is product is Made in the U.S.A. which means jobs.
