Would these work with a vacuum what has a diameter of 32mm?

Haven't measured our vacuum pipe, but the valve works with our Miele cylinder and Dyson stick vacuum, so I'd assume you would be OK. The pipe doesn't have an airtight connection, it just sits over the valve.

How many double duvet will fit ina bag please

I would say one. I’ve a heavy king size in one bag - it was a tight squeeze!!

Is the valve suitable to be used with a Dyson Vacuum cleaner (as they are not perfectly round at the connection end)?

I have a Dyson and didn't even notice! It worked for me perfectly, I filled 2 bags. My Dyson must be an old model by now as I've had it for years, so unless that makes a difference mine worked fine.

Hi could the jml vac pack go pump work with these?

I used the hoover to get excellent results. I don’t know the size of the JML pump.most are universal.
