Great product - good quality, beautifully made and extremely reasonable in price (we were replacing one that we bought for a similar price, which was absolute rubbish in comparison). Within an hours or two of ordering we received an image of the worded plaque for approval and we received the product, nicely packaged approx 24 hours later. HIGHLY recommended.
