Bandelettes Women's Unisex Thigh Bands (pack of 1)

I've only just received my bandalettes and am yet to wear them in a 'real world' scenario (I'll update my review when I do), but so far I'm pretty pleased! They're made of a nice, soft and stretchy lace and for a 'nude' colour they're quite pretty - some nice little iridescent bits in the lace. It was a little nerve wracking unpacking them as the silicon on each side had stuck together and they were tough to pull apart, but nothing ripped so that's a good start! They fit comfortably, although I maybe could have gone a size down... I can slide a finger round the outer side quite easily, but I think if they were any tighter they'd make my thighs look a bit lumpy. A unexpected perk is that the bands kind of 'cinch' in your thighs under your bum and give you an instant bum lift :) I've had a walk around the house in them and they're comfy and I haven't had any rolling or movement yet - we'll see what happens when I wear them out in the wild! Candid side note: I was a little *ahem* unkempt in the bikini area when I tried these on and the silicon does pull a bit on any hair in the upper thigh area. Not painfully, but a bit of an odd sensation - something to bare in mind for ladies like me who are a bit lazy on their topiary duties! **UPDATE** The bandalettes had a baptism of fire walking around Italy in 25 degree heat and they held up amazingly! Really comfortable and no slippage - forgot I had them on! Definitely going to feel much more comfortable wearing dresses this summer :)

Can't recommend these highly enough! I often avoid wearing dresses in the summer if I know ai will be doing a lot of walking as I have chunky thighs - I am curvy and am also a weightlifter. The bandelettes stayed in place with minimal adjustment even whilst walking around for hours in 30 degree plus heat in Croatia in June. They did roll slightly after a little while but I wouldn't have got a bigger size as they would have been a little too big. It takes a little time to find the right position on the body so wear them in the house for a bit to work this out before you go out and have to find a loo to adjust them! I have sensitive skin and the silicone wasn't an irritant to me. The fabric has bobbled slightly where it has rubbed together but they still feel cute on, not at all frumpy which is great. I was a little worried about spending something so much on something tiny but I was really pleased I did.

Really great - love these! Much more practical and cooler than anti-chafing shorts, and so much more attractive. They stay in place brilliantly. Bit on the pricey side though hence 4 stars rather than 5.

I held myself back from buying these after seeing them advertised online for quite a long time. As someone who suffers from the dreaded "chub rub" no matter if I'm a size 12 or 16 (and everywhere in between!) I felt like this was the only option I hadn't tried. I was fed up of wearing shorts under my skirts and dresses, wearing leggings or trousers all the time or carrying body glide or talc in my bag which only worked for so long and so I decided to take the plunge and get these. Honestly, the main things that put me off buying for so long were the price, a concern that the lace would rub and/or the bandelettes would just fall down or bunch up. Those worries were completely removed within hours of trying them! I've worn these around 5 times now, on one of those days I was walking for around an hour in about 25 degree sunshine. Normally in those situations, I would start to chafe after about 10 minutes walking. I've had absolutely no rubbing at all using these. They fit perfectly, they don't pinch in nor do they fall down and no one would know I was wearing them! Due to the lace design, they also look nice, unlike the cycling shorts I used to wear under my dresses! I feel attractive in these, whereas other options just made me feel frumpy! I've been so impressed with them that I've bought a second pair in the nude as well for under paler dresses. I've also recommended them to a lot of friends! As I'm sure you can therefore guess - I now think they are well worth the money and I only wish I had bought these sooner! The only other point to note is how great the seller was on this. I wanted these at quite short notice, ordering on a Friday lunchtime and needing them for an event on Sunday. I had missed the deadline for getting these on the Saturday on prime but saw that on the Mish website, you can call and get next day delivery. Upon speaking to the girls there, they advised me to order on here ASAP and that they would look out for it and make sure my parcel was included in the Amazon delivery order for Saturday. They couldn't have been more helpful and my parcel arrived on the Saturday lunchtime. It's not often that you find sellers who are willing to put themselves out for you so I couldn't leave that out of this review!

Not good! Left more marks and friction than if I didn’t wear them. Had to take them off half way through the day because my inner thighs were so sore

I wore it a few times already. The first day I wore it for about 2 hours and they were great. They stayed in place and did their job. The second day I wore them for a longer period of time. Thats when I started noticing that they easily fold and start falling if you place them closer to your bottom. For me that's the spot they need to sit. If i put them a bit lower they might fall and won't protect the right area. Yesterday I wore them for an entire day and went for a really big walk. I think I figured out the sweet spot to make them stay in place without folding, however i only had to go to the bathroom once to fix them a little bit. They made walking super comfortable, which is something I could never do wearing a skirt before. The next day I noticed that my legs still have a bit of a wound and it hurt a bit when I showered. I didnt feel it on the day and I'm not sure if it was the fabric that still damaged my skin. I did walk for a couple of hours. Overall i do approve them for casual wearing. I would say you just need to give them a chance until you find the right way to position them.

Was a bit unsure since there are so many mixed reviews but honestly I actually really like them! A bit over priced for all it is, but they do stop the chub rub! I measured my thigh and was around 24/25 inches so ordered size L. They are very stretchy and I do recommend measuring and not just guessing it. If I’d gone for a larger size I don’t think they would have fitted as well. The silicone bands don’t roll down, its quite a thick band so I think that helps grip your skin better. I’ve experienced chub rub in my thighs my entire life and shorts just aren’t it in hot weather. The lace is stretchy and breathable for your skin, feels a bit odd when you first put them on but after a while you don’t really notice them. Been wearing them all day without any hassle so far! These bands have completely changed the game, I can wear short dresses comfortably and confidently now! Also I recommend putting them on inside out and then flipping them and putting them into place, makes it way easier. Good luck girls! 10/10 from me! Love them.

Absolutely in love with these. I have previously owned Bandelettes from when the company was new. Those ones only came in lace and were a little shorter (about 4.5" deep) and although I used them, they weren't perfect. These ones are another level. They are long enough now to completely cover the affected area (I rub from the groin all the way down to almost the mid thigh) and the 6" covers all. The fabric is so soft and swishy between my legs, unlike the lace which had more friction. Saying that they still don't budge at all (the old ones never budged, which is why I liked them even though they weren't perfect). I can wear these with confidence that they absolutely will not budge. They are quick to clean. I pop them in the sink with some warm water and gently rub them and then just leave them to soak. They dry quickly so I can use one pair day after day. This, for me, is The Solution to chub rub. The answer to my summer!

Hacen su función, no te rozas con ellas y no se caen al andar, ademas de que son bonitas y quedan muy bien puestas.Hay que escoger una talla menos de la que realmente se necesita.

Didn't do good for me

Ich habe die Bandelettes jetzt schon mehrfach getragen und bin begeistert. Die Naht trage ich an der Außenseite des Oberschenkels, damit nichts reibt und durch den Silikonstreifen hält es super auf der Haut. Ich habe mir auch noch ein anderes Paar mit durchgehendem Stoff gekauft, bei dem schwitze ich darunter aber. Bei diesen Bandelettes mit Spitze merke ich nichts davon. Sobald man sich einmal an das Gefühl der Bandelettes gewöhnt hat, bemerkt man sie gar nicht mehr. Tipp am Rande: für mich klappt es am besten, wenn ich am WC die Bandelettes ein Stück runterschiebe und danach wieder an ihre Position gebe.

La solución perfecta para mis problemas de rozaduras. No se enrollan, no se mueven de su posicion en todo un dia de uso, no me producen ningún tipo de alergia, ni se nota que las llevas. Las tengo como el primer dia después de dos veranos (las lavo a mano). Un 10 !!

Took delivery of my Bandelletes....! and a very prompt delivery at that! Got such a pleasant surprise that the product was despatched and delivered so incredibly quickly - couple of days! I've now had the opportunity to try out this terrific product - it does exactly what it promises to do! Stops the chafing, looks amazingly sexy and so fabulously comfortable to wear!! absolutely BRILLIANT!!! LOVE IT and definitely getting more in different colours! LOVE IT!!
