Thealoz Duo Gel, Dry Eye Relief, Preservative-Free, 30 Doses

Great for dry eyes at night. I was putting hycosan extra drops in my eyes about 3-5 times during the night, and with these I can go the whole night after one application just before bed (I also use a microwavable face pillow to help open the meibomian gland ducts, but I was doing this already while using the hycosan extra drops). Occasionally I need one top up of moisture, which I do with the hycosan extra, because I can apply it easily in my bed in complete darkness and I think these would be tricky to apply without a mirror. So I'm very pleased with this product. It causes me no eye irritation at all. The gel does get a bit sticky by the morning, but it washes away when I wash my face or rub my eyes. This has helped a lot to eliminate the interrupted sleep I was having due to dry eye. Definitely worth giving them a try. One little vial lasts me about 5 days.

Really helped my sore dry eyes. I have tried lots of products but so far this is among the best. It’s a bit fiddly to use to start with (I poked my eye a few times) so I snapped off the little tab and turned the pipet upside down until the gel was nearly at the opening. This worked better than trying to ‘squeeze’ it out. Recommend if your eyes are very dry and sore.

I was advised to use these when my dry eye problem worsened after cataract surgery. Twist the lid off, turn the vial upside down and flick it to get the air bubble to move out of the way. The drops then squeeze out very easily. Although they are single use I was told I could click the lid back on and use them again, but only for one day. They work extremely well for me. There is smeary vision for a few minutes, but it soon clears. My previous night ointment also worked well but caused prolonged blurred vision in the morning. I use Hylo Forte for most of the day, but Thealoz morning, night and sometimes at midday.

Great eye drops which have a thicker consistency and lubricate eyes well. Particularly good for overnight use.

These are the best eye drops I have ever tried. My eyes are so dry at the moment that they were stinging when I put eye drops in. I researched and that was because most eye drops have preservatives in - these don't. Its a gel rather than a drop so it kind of coats your eye and pushes out any dirt or pollen. My partner has had to take his lenses out because of the high pollen count but was able to put them back in after using these. He said it was like seeing life in HD

These eye gel drops are soothing and calms soreness, especially if you suffer from itchy sore eyes. I suffer from blepharitis and these eye gel drops have really helped stop the itching scratchy eyes. Best eye gel drops ever for eye relief !!

I have an ocular disease which means I don't produce tears or oil, causing me extreme dry eyes. I've been on a barrage of drops etc. alongside my treatment but most only provide relief for a few minutes at best. This gel has been a game changer, providing moisturisation for much longer. It's been great keeping my eyes open! Vision can go a bit blurry with it, but with this extreme a set of symptoms that's a small price to pay.

excellent eye drops for dry eyes. my Consultant recommended them for use after my eye injections jist to help with the gritty feeling. the little vials are great so no contamination, better than the bottle if thats a worry. plus enough in one vial to do both eyes
