We purchased many Honeywell HPA3300 air purifiers for our church to help keep our sanctuary, fellowship hall, classrooms & offices safe during the pandemic. These Durabasic prefilters are slightly thinner than the ones that came new with the units but they seem of similar porosity (my subjective assessment) and they are EXACTLY the right size. One small complaint is that they are folded in the box so you have to work a little bit to get them perfectly aligned but it is not too bad.These were less than half the cost of oem replacements. We will definitely purchase more. Great value. Based on this experience we will definitely try Durabasic for the primary HEPA filters when/if those need to be replaced.

Good fit for my Honeywell 300, didn’t need to trim and look as you would expect - black and filtery. Only just put in so no idea how they’ll work over time but imagine fine.But they're a pain to put in because they're folded in the box and the strong crease is right where the velcro to hold the filter is, so it doesn’t stick or stay up. I had to hold it in and quickly jam the door back on. Going to unbox the other 7 and lay them flat under something, but would have preferred to keep them in their plastic to stay clean. Don't believe packing them flat would increase packaging much - their volume will remain constant won’t it? If they're a larger area flat, they’re also less thick...I got the 8 pack so it’s hopefully going to be about 2 years before I think about it again, but I’d be tempted to pay the extra to have them flat, which is a shame because otherwise they seem great.
