Hiya, does anyone know if it would bond to 3D print? ( its surface is slightly unsmooth as it is created in thin layers, 0.5 mm in my case? thank you

It will bond to any surface except smooth plastic.

I puchased this in error of getting P40 for a motorcycle fairing but would this P38 do the same job?

I'm no expert but I have used P38 for years and I have found it works as well with GRP as it does with metal. However, I believe P40 is a specialist filler for fibreglass. So to answer your question with a definitive answer contact Isopon.

Does this work with alloy wheels? If not. Is there another P something that does the job?

Will this work for fiberglass boat repair

Not an expert on boats, I would use this on the face to finish the repair really but not to form a structure of the repair. As a structure for this though, I would advise fibreglass matting & resin, on the inside, and P38 on the outside, sanded to provide a nice sealed finish.
