Advantage XD (Spinetoram) Small Cat Topical Flea Treatment & Prevention 4ct

The day before the hurricane, we were rescued a mother, and two of her three babies sadly, we could not get the third she stayed hidden under a trailer. No one could seem to catch her, especially without hurting her. We were sick about it because it was quite a storm. Bittersweet we got her two days later, but she only lived two weeks. I don’t know besides being runt might’ve been going on. she took to me right away and the whole time here except to go potty she was sleep on my neck cuddled me. She ate well, but never gained weight because of the storm. There were no vets to get to right away. I don’t know if she had a seizure or what but we lost her anyway, this is about the product. I couldn’t put it on the babies. They were too small, but I put it on and what’s great is. It’s good for two months. That evening she had stopped scratching and running a flea come through. Her did not produce very much I am about to order another pack, it was also safe for her because often on they still nurse I did buy the three pack of the regular as well for the three kittens at the time. The surviving to are little chunky monkeys Free of fleas, I have another pack coming for them also. i’d love to use the one on mama on all of them, but it’s just not affordable right now we inherited a small colony of cats besides our hurricane babies Please everyone if you only have a couple of cats please get them fixed. You don’t realize how fast they pop them out most of the time they are inbred You are lucky if they live two weeks. The majority of the time the mothers will reject them almost immediately. They know the babies have problems so they tend to address the healthier. It’s a bit like triage for people you try to save the healthiest that will survive. look around there are places with low cost fees. We only have one. It’s hard to get appointments, but it’s only $35. You are going to pay a lot more than that and cat food and talk about MEDICAL. If you love animals stop them from breeding kittens are grown by about six weeks of age and become little teenagers, I love them all but for people that want kittens you don’t keep them that long and stop the madness

My elderly cat did not get sick after this application. She weighs 8lbs. towards the top of weight chart. It's been one month and still no fleas/scratching. Works exactly the same so far and no side effects. I have it on auto delivery.

FINALLY, my kittens and I have relief!! My new kittens came with unwanted guests but they were too young for the products I saw. I used a flea comb and baths with no real relief. Things got worse. I had my house and garage (where they're staying due to tenants allergies) fumigated before the fleas took hold of my house like they had the garage. I gave them both capstar while we waited. That evening I applied Frontline plus. They were still scratching. I gave another dose of capstar two days later hoping that they would finally be rid of all stages of fleas. NOPE. I gave the third dose. NOPE. Capstar works great but it only works on adult fleas for a short time. Frontline was useless. I finally applied advantage xd and finally we all have relief. No more incessant scratching. I truly hope it lasts. My kittens and I are so very grateful. I absolutely recommend this product. Don't waste money on Frontline plus. FYI, the tubes doesn't have a cap. The tops look like caps to be removed but it's the tip of the applicator. Just twist the top slightly and it's open. Nothing has to be removed. I needed YouTube to figure that out.

Love that it works for two months. No side effects or scratching. No real smell unless your right up on it and it's very faint. It is a little more expensive but well worth it. This one also helps with ticks so another plus in my book.

This stuff is amazing! I tried collars and a couple other topical treatments and none of them did a thing. One of the topical treatments actually seemed to make the fleas worse! I love that it’s a 2-month dose, but it actually lasts a little longer! I noticed my Mew had stopped scratching nearly as much within a couple hours and had stopped completely within a little more than 24-hours. He wasn’t a fan of the application , just because I had to hold him still, but he didn’t seem to bothered by the stuff coming in contact with his fur. It didn’t cause any skin irritations or loss of fur but it does have a bit of an unpleasant odor which faded fairly quickly. Overall, definitely would recommend and have bought twice now. This is now my go-to for flea and tick treatment/prevention for my purr baby, major bonus that I don’t have to have a veterinary prescription to get it! Pics of my Mew C. Lost my review stuff does not work will not penetrate Ive used other brands I have 6 cats the oil stayed in one spot eventually soaked her fur past the shoulders 5 hours later checked the area it no oil sludge the stuff never reach the skin what is going on ? I t is also very sticky I had a hard getting off my fingers the flea comb was not easy to use cleaning oil mess off kitten it should not be tar like stickiness

Cap wouldn’t open as it’s supposed to and I spilled half of it. Very frustrating, hopefully a one time thing but I’ll probably buy the 1 month treatments from now on. $38 and only half went on the cat.
