SpiderTech PowerStrips - Kinesiology Tape Precut X Strips - Blue (10 Pack)

I can't be sure if they work to what I consider optimal benefit, but I think they help. They're fun to wear, a subtle reminder to the brain as to where the pain lies. I'll buy more.Update: 6/7/13: I am now convinced these Spiders make a difference at healing muscle pain. I find they reduce pain quicker than normal (my normal, anyway) and work well with other curative processes. (My chiropractor uses these with great success as well.)

The power tape works- especially for inflammatory processes like ITB, pes anserine bursitis ( are the two condition that i used it). The only issue is that the tape will easily get off if you sweat . Unfortunately it is NOT as water proof is claimed - so if you prepare for a triathlon the tape will get off during the swimming - so you will need to replace it after each swim. Despite that I am happy with the product which helped me to maintain my training despite some pain due to the reactivation of my old injuries. A word of caution- I had those injuries in the past with some remnant pain so I did NOT use the tape with acute injury ( you will need RICE in acute setting)

These bandaids changed my life..my knees were swollen.and tight all the time.my massage therapist suggested them, and they have been a miracle.thought I was needing surgery but these did the trick

The strips are flimsy and hard to handle. They stick together quickly and are impossible to separate.

Work great, but you must know how to use properly-have a PT teach you!

I love these strips and have referred others to use them, they have tried them also and would not use anything else.

Helped me a lot with my patients...I always have supplies and due to the pre-cut tapes - it made my work easier...Better adhesiveness!!!

Pricey, but still one of my fav Kinesio tapes. Precut for maximum effectiveness, so I can just carry these babies around
