These capsules are hands down one of my must-have daily supplements. I’ve taken them every day for months and genuinely feel the difference. Great and what's important,it helps. It work i feel better again makes an eggy smell when you get flatulence but its normal

Good for cleansing but you need to drink plenty of water. Probably more easy to take than the powdered form and less messy. You may have slight constipation for a few days after taking. I find the strong drying and diuretic effect leaves me agitated and not feeling good. This subsides after I've eaten. But note you must not eat for two hours after ingesting. Not great value for money as the amount advertised is misleading.

Mine don’t seem to stick to magnets as others have shown in videos. However, if you look into why this might be, I have been able to find out that often iron is added to activated charcoal to make it magnetic and easier to collect from liquid this way (such as with filtering pollutants from water). It’s known as MAC (magnetised activated carbon). That type of activated carbon is not produced for consumption so I’d be worried about that but mine do not stick to a magnet personally. Other people have commented that it makes their burps smell and I have also found out the reason for this is because the porous activated carbon is attaching to sulphur gases in the gut. Apparently this actually shows that it is working however it does say that if this is persistent, you might want to go to your doctor because it can be a sign of an underlying digestive problem. Personally so far these capsules have been helpful to me. I went out for a meal this evening and was able to eat a regular adult portion of food without instantly bloating at the sight of it. 6 tablets (3 30 mins before food and 3 after food) seems a bit much but I do feel like it’s doing something. Therefore in my opinion, I am inclined to give 5 stars. I am not experiencing the same issues that others have left in their reviews and so can only judge by my own experience.

It’s seriously the worst and I will report it. It made my tummy feel bad and then when I opened the capsule it had smelly sulphur/ rotten egg smell. It’s not supposed to smell like this I am sure. I had different brands of charcoal and they were always helping me and non was smelly like this one.

Jag gillar dessa tabletter. De hjälper absolut mot magen - men man måste 3-4 stycken före, och lika många efter en måltid. Så antal piller i paketet är lite grand missvisande.

Llevo un tiempo tomando este carbón activado y se nota. Cuando tengo el estómago pesado o con mucho gas, me alivia bastante rápido. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar y no tienen sabor. Me gusta que sean veganas y que la dosis sea alta, porque con poca cantidad ya noto el efecto. Para quienes suelen tener digestiones lentas o sensación de hinchazón, va realmente bien. Una compra práctica y eficaz.
