The Bluetooth adapter is plug-and-play, no need to install the driver. If there is no popup Bluetooth after plugging in the adapter, please activate the automatic update function of the Windows system or check the driver.

Bluetooth driver display error? Yellow exclamation mark

Windows only support ONE Bluetooth adapter, so please disable the built-in BT function first. Once that was done the new dongle worked fine.

The computer can't recognize the adapter.

Can the Z01 support more than one device at a time?

of course, the USB Bluetooth adapter can support up to 7 different types of devices at a time. But can't connect two same-function devices at once, such as two Bluetooth speaker

Works well throughout the house and even just outside the front door. Plug and play!

Sometimes I am working around the house, and do not want to lug my phone around the house, so I can connect my bluetooth headset to my main PC, and it sends the signal to every part of the house, and even just outside the front door a little ways, even with the brick exterior of the house.No problems and this is a plug and play product. Very easy to install!

False advertising, product suspect, website not working

UPDATE 2:Rolling in last update info since it seems to be held up in Amazon processing: device does not work on Windows 10 (false advertising), dodgy on Win11 (worked yesterday, didn't today). ZEXTME website gives a 403 Forbidden error. Product not tested to comply with Bluetooth (note the lack of BT logo). Product does not comply with FCC Part 15 Subpart C subpart 15.247 or FCC Subpart C subpart 15.249 (no FCC ID visible on device), but is displaying FCC logo.First one didn't work, replacement did not work. Amazon, if you want to send me another one (free) I'll do a teardown with identification of ICs present and further analysis of function and necessary certification.ORIGINALFirst plug-in got a "device not recognized" error from PC, but LED light came on.Switched to a different USB port, device installed but light did not come on.Scanning for BT devices came up with nothing: checking with phone there were at least two devices in range advertising (one data, one headphones).Checked drivers (tried to update), tried multiple ports, rebooted and re-installed.Still nothing.Even read the instructions :) Just said to contact customer support if there was an issue. And gives no info on how to contact customer support: no email, no phone, nadaZEXMTE Bluetooth Adapter 5.1, $9.99

It Works Great!

For some reason, by Dell laptop did not include Bluetooth capability. I bought a set of earbuds before I knew this! So, I went to Amazon to find a USB Bluetooth add-on. This one caught my eye for it's distance capability. It supports my earbuds to the far end of my house, though a brick wall! I've also used it to add an external speaker and a wireless keyboard as well. I would buy it again without hesitation.

stable with excellent range, supports aptx on win10 but not win 11

i have it on a 10 ft usb3 connector and placed high on the wall for better coverageit's attached to a win10 vm on virtualbox (linux host) using usb passthroughalso tried on a win11 vm, but no aptx support (which is a win11 issue, not the hardware)fwiw, my primary BT device is a fiio btr3k which displays the active codec via a color coded icon

Works very well on a PC desktop running Windows 11

"Plug and Play" worked without a hitch. The ZEXMTE BT5.1 increased the range of my Arctic P311 headphones at least sixfold. I did not notice any latency or lag.

Apple Earpods may not work.. Mine certainly did not! was not compatible.

My Apple Earpod 2nd gen Pros will not work with this . Perhaps adding earpods to your not compatible list....
