Doesn’t hold a charge after two months
I received this back in December for a Christmas gift and didn’t start using it until after Christmas. In less than two months I noticed it wouldn’t hold a charge for very long, and the information that it was giving me was extremely inaccurate. And often shuts down in the middle of my runs. I only take twenty minute runs if that. And I understand that it’s very humid in the southern US, but this watch says it can worn while swimming. This was a horrible purchase and too late for me to return it.Also, the reason I picked this watch was for the pandora music that is no longer even viable, with Fitbit saying to contact pandora for a refund, when in actuality, pandora is a better service than Fitbit!

First time trying Amazon renewed. Not impressed. Fitbit locked on startup screen and customer service told me I’m SOL. I’ve been very careful with the watch and was sitting at work when it decided to freeze. Had it slightly over the 90 day return window so assume Amazon won’t do anything for me but already wasted time with Fitbit customer service and will now try contacting Amazon. Not how I want to spend my Friday.

Piece of crap
The display and features are great when it works. Have to fight with it to get it to charge AND for the last 4 days has been stuck on the Fitbit logo. I tried to contact Fitbit and they said the warranty is expired so I'm stuck with a watch the either shows the logo, 0% (because it's dead and won't charge), or a black screen. Don't waste your money
