Great Product
Worked just fine and not a single one was broken. Nor have they broken even after a week of use.

Good help
These are for pots that have enough free space in them to push one of these 2 inch wide spikes into them without harming the plant in there. If you have that, they work very well at keeping the soil moist but not with pools of water on the top. I use them in 2 of my Irish Clover plants and they love it! They are not pretty when loaded up with a standard water bottle, but there are ways to decorate them to make them look nicer. I’d recommend them if you have a dry house or are going on a trip and have tried them out beforehand to make sure it won’t be too moist for the plant you are using it for.

Actually work but can crack easily
I love these, but the only problem is that they crack easily after about a year of use. But they’re natural, not plastic, and they actually work, so a giving 4 stars.

Very practical solution to a old problem
I am a Florida gardener and am always watering during the dry seasoning. Even now I have new fall plants going into the garden and these spike are a great answer to getting young plants a head start in the heat. I place four in the garden a week before moving young plantings outside and planted next to them. The plants needed watering the first few days but quickly took off and are growing nicely. Best of all with it still over 90 each day I don’t have to water as much. I put 20oz pop bottles in them and take the bottles to the rain barrel when they blow over from going low. It’s really neat cause the light bottle tipping over tells me when to refill and keeps me from wasting my free water. Best of all the packaging was outstanding not a single one is chipped or broken and with 10 total I can use them for a lot of plants and remove them when the plants are bigger to start a different bed.

Perfect for ensuring your plants are watered
I have a lot of plants. These stakes help to ensure that my plants are watered when I am gone on trips or at work. Just saved some bottles of wine and used them as the water source.
User
Honestly works but idk how well.
Works but curious about effectiveness.
User
Great of watering

Great product/Great customer service
Decided to use them with my indoor plants. Well packaged. It is always interesting to see how some plants are more thirsty than others! Ordered a second box and I may even try them outside!Love the productAdditional comment. My second box had 1 broken spike despite the EXCELLENT packaging. Got in touch with them directly. They are ON TOP of customer service.I have purchased a third pack to give as a gift to my SIL as she liked mine.
User
Worked great.
Awesome, water spikes worked great with wine bottles. Used outdoors in plants.
User
Easy to use
So far they are working well, using 3 of the 10 so far.
User
Be delicate with them
These are great and work well, Must be soaked in water before use. Care must be taken when placing a long neck bottle, do not force the bottle into the spike, it will break, I use corona and white wine bottles, the beer bottles tend to empty faster of course.
User
Experimenting might be the key to success
Way bigger than I expected but that’s my fault. Make sure you soak them before using. I find them kinda useful but I’m not sure if they’ll reliably, SLOWLY, release water over time while I’m away from my plants for weeks at a time. It has been hit and miss so far for me. Sometimes the water drains slowly. Sometimes the water drains right out and pools in the catchment dish. Experiment with placing them at different angles before leaving plants alone.

Drained Too Quickly for Vacation Use
The bottle drained out after only 2 days, even with a 500 ml bottle and rain on the first day. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re going to be away from home and leave it unsupervised. Half of my outdoor plants in pots died, and the rest were nearly dead. The ones planted in the ground survived because we had some rain during those days. Choose a different product or watering system if you’re planning a trip longer than 3 days, especially if no rain is expected while you’re away.Edited: The seller contacted me and provided excellent customer service, so I gave the seller 5 stars.
