At first I thought that they were only so-so in comfort, but after extended trials comparing to several other brands, I have decided that they are more comfortable than the others, especially for longer walks.I would have preferred a tan or dark brown color rather than the rather virulent orange-brown shade.I have also noticed that these socks tend to produce tiny pills, which I never noticed on the other brands. I probably would not have noticed it on these socks either, except that the color rather stands out.

I've been searching for "just the right socks" for a while now. I want them to be reasonably thick, absorbent, and with good elastic so that they stay up on my calf. In this search, I'd bought socks from LL Bean, Eddie Bauer, and others. None of them met my needs until I bought these.These Superbilt socks met all my requirements. I like the color, the thickness, and the elastic fit. Best socks I've found. I bought a number of them now, to fill my sock drawer.However, the brown socks are a terrible color - stick with the blue and blackRecommended.

Nice socks, BUT whoever put the plastic pin through the socks to hold them together, created huge holes in one of the three pairs. Just opened them yesterday to finally wear them (It's Fall here in NY) and discovered the damage way past the return window. Why would someone knowingly put holes in a product and ship them out that way? Too bad because they WERE nice socks. Now I just paid a third more for the two pairs not damaged.

Had read some reviews on these and didn’t think the negatives could be that bad, but these frayed quite a bit after a few washings, and after wearing one of the pairs a couple of times, a small hole formed on the top side of one of the socks. They’ll work for a little while, but the quality isn’t great.

The socks are very comfortable and great for wearing with sneakers, casual shoes, or work boots. They seem to be well made. I purchased the brown ones and my only complaint is with the color. These are more of an orange-brown that a brown. If you're looking for a dark brown, look elsewhere.

WOW! These are perfect! If you're looking for a blue athletic sock, look no further! These are better than Adidas, Nike and Footjoy! I have looked for a Blue Athletic sock for months! This is a jackpot!

These socks are perfect for delivery person work socks. I had a difficult time finding brown cotton crew socks at local retailers. The socks are wearing and washing well.

I can't believe there are so may different reviews for socks. Since I couldn't find what I wanted near home I tried theses and am very happy with my selection. They're heavy (but not too heavy) and fit well so far. No complaints and they meet my needs.
