Bought is order this to use both in the house as an additional cushion and also outside.I found the padding way to thick and hard making it uncomfortable.It's OK on the warmth front but you do need to have it on medium.Battery life is the biggest issue here, it simply chews though you battery life even on low and with it only having its own proprietary battery you're forever charging it. I lost 10% battery in 10 mins on low !!Should've had the facility to use your own powerbank like the Ororo heated pad.UPDATE: Seller has offered me a £10 refund if I remove this review - bit naughty that...
