Absolutely love this product! The flavor is awesome. I really don’t like plain water (yes, I’m one of those people), and this makes staying hydrated so much easier. Even half a scoop is enough for me, which is great value. I also appreciate that it’s not high in sodium, so it works well for people who suffer from migraines. It still includes potassium and other electrolytes that are actually beneficial. This has become a daily staple for me.

I’ve tried a bunch of hydration mixes and this is easily one of the best. The Sonic Ocean Water flavor actually tastes really close to the real thing sweet but not overpowering, and no weird aftertaste. It mixes well, no clumping, and doesn’t leave that chalky feel some other brands do. I use it at work and it keeps me feeling hydrated without feeling heavy. Definitely worth it and I’ll be buying again.

I am a huge fan of ghost cherry limeade energy drink! So, I had to give this a try. The flavor is delicious although it tastes nothing like the energy drink. It tastes more like a cherry slushy. It is very sweet. It is sort of expensive even though I got it on sale so it cost me just under $1 a packet. Cheaper than the energy drinks. Thought it would be a nice after workout drink since it has no caffeine and I already drink too many ghosts a day as it is. You can taste a little bit of the powder in it but I don’t mind it’s not bad . Overall, I would say this is a quality product and would recommend it. Super sweet! I use 1/2 a packet per water bottle and still pretty sweet.

I work out 4 times a week and use this as an every drink. Helps keep me from getting too sore and tastes amazing! If you like cherry limeades from Sonic, then you’ll love this. Nice thing is you really don’t have to drink any of your bottled water down as there is no carbonation. Note that it does take a few minutes of shaking off and on to get it to fully dissolve. Totally worth the wait!

Great taste

Way way to sweet for me but the flavor is good. Its just like a slushy. In fact I crushed some ice and made a slushy with it a few times. When im sick I can drink them and feel loads better. My biggest complaint is that it does not mix well especially in cold water. I prefer waterboy electrolytes

Ghost packets are my go to. I have all the flavors. This one is not the best but its still delicious. Super easy to use as well, just dump the packet in a bottle of water and boom, hydration.
