Bought these for a planned vasectomy that didn't happen. They have been amazing during this heatwave though. My balls have been nice and chilled.

Hubby was greatful for these after his op, after we were in hysterics finding these and what the cool packs are called at 1st. Bit on the expensive side, well made tho and no wet patches from using packs, decent quality material and the thickness of the pocket layer helps with no wet patches, comfy once sorted to where you need them to sit and don't move or lose shape once you do.

Very helpful after vasectomy – but size down! We bought these specifically for my partner’s vasectomy recovery, and they turned out to be a lifesaver. If you haven’t been through this procedure before, you might not realise that doctors usually recommend immediate cold therapy on the affected area – as in, literally right after the procedure. That’s where the two included ice packs come in. They were incredibly helpful – perfectly shaped, reusable, and they slide right into the pouch. You don’t want to be scrambling for ice or a frozen bag of peas at that moment, trust me. Having these ready to go was a massive help for us. The material of the underwear is soft and comfortable, ideal for sensitive post-op skin. It doesn’t irritate and has a nice feel to it, even after several washes. The only downside – and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 – is the sizing and support. I ordered a size L, which is my partner’s regular size in all other underwear brands, but this was a bit loose. In hindsight, I definitely should have gone with an M for a snugger fit and better support, especially for the post-op phase where compression helps. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I would recommend sizing down. Overall, a very helpful product that made a stressful day much easier. Highly recommend – just check your size carefully!

I got these and did wear them, they did at comfort after a vasectomy but the vasectomy didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.

Leider nicht zufrieden. Die Hoden werden nicht gut gestützt, was wichtig ist. Die kühlpacks sind sehr scharfkantig und stören total, für mich so eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Dazu noch sehr teuer.

These things saved my life! Not literally, but they made recovery by using their very well made ice packs convenient to use all day for weeks. The underwear themselves are very comfortable too! This is a must have for recovering from a vasectomy! They fit tight to size but probably by design! Awesome product!

Definitely helped and the underwear is very comfortable still wear it and the ice pack are now reused for other injuries.

For those who go to sauna and dont want a drop in testoerone this is perfect

I’m gonna leave a 5 star because it is the best thing I could find on the market to help me after having a vasectomy. However I think there needs to be improvement on where the ice pack or ice packs should go. Having a big pouch in front is great and all, but it freezer my Johnson more than my balls. I had to a-range my self in a somewhat uncomfortable way to ice only my balls. I think u should re-design a pocket or pockets for the ice packs to go to avoid the main package as much as possible. Maybe even change the shape of the ice pack. I saw a few reviews of people saying the ice packs break easily. That is not true at all. They are very good ice packs if u use common sense with them I see them lasting a long time. In the end having this product to help ice after surgery is better than any other alternatives I tried. So even if it stays the same I highly recommend it. Thank u for supporting my 🏀⚽️’s in a much needed time! 👍🏻
