For back pain

Your money is better spent on the adhesive heat or lidocaine patches. This is not made for larger individuals. I found it acutely uncomfortable and took it off within minutes. It may provide pain relief but I did not have it on long enough to rate that part.

I reviewed both the neck and back units in this brand. The concept between both of them are the same. They contain self contain heating pads in a nice comfortable unit to strap on your neck or your back. I find them very comfortable to wear overall. The side that goes against your skin is nice and soft. The straps however are a little short in my opinion. They almost did not fit me. As far as the heat source itself, it works well. It’s not too hot but still puts out a decent amount of heat to help relieve muscle pains. I did find them to last quite a few hours. They do start to lose their heat some as time goes on/your body starts to get used to it so it doesn’t feel as hot either. Yet it still seems to be working a few hours later. Overall a great product to have on hand. I use heating pads all the time. This is a nice alternative when I’m on the go and can’t take my heating pad with me. Good product. These products may also be used on other areas of your body. They market them for neck and back but also a great heating source for just about anywhere else you need them.

Exactly like wearing a portable heating pad on your back. Basically like 3 hand warmers (pictured next to hand warmers)with an adjustable strap. Best tucked into pants as the strap isn’t the best especially if you walk around. A bit bigger than hand warmers and there is 3 of them so it covers my lower back very well. Being outside for my sons baseball games in cold weather was a good test for this product. The heat seeped into my back to keep it from getting cold and hurting me even more. Bad thing is that the heat stayed on for about 3 hours and then dwindled. Some heat then barely any more than some warmth the last hour. Not enough for a double header! Says can last over 5 but it didn’t. Hand warmers last a lot longer. Good for when it did work, but bring an extra in case you need it longer than a few hours. Hot hands body warmers with the sticker in the back is better priced and lasts 12 hours which is my go to. I didn’t feel a difference between this product with some natural plant ingredients over a heating pad at home or using the hot hands body warmer. I doubt I would get this again. 3 stars

I bought these for my husband, who has been experiencing some bouts of back pain. These patches came in a box individually wrapped. The instructions were both on the packaging as well as the individually wrapped patches. The product was easy to follow, the heating was instantaneous upon removing the film, and the straps were stretchy and comfortable to wear. He would wear the patch while working and sometimes wear them overnight while sleeping. His only complaint was they didn't stay in place while sleeping and had to readjust at times. Otherwise, they are affordable, easy to use and provide instant heating for relief. I would definitely recommend but also plead that maybe have optional size choice (i.e. 5 pack, 10 pack, etc.) for those that experience chronic back pain.

The belts are created from a soft, stretchy, paper-like material and they are comfortable against my skin. These belts are beautifully decorated and provides adequate coverage for my back. The velcro on the end holds the belt securely in place making it super easy to use. I also like that these heating pads contain natural and organic ingredients.After a 10-15 minutes, I can feel the heating pad warm up. This portable heating pad generates a lot more heat than I expected. It did a great job soothing my lower back pain and I love that they are disposable and work well especially when you are on-the-go.There are no wires or cords to fuss with and the heat lasted for hours. It was still hot well into hour number four. This product is a game changer for anyone who suffers from chronic low back pain and uses heating pads to reduce the discomfort. This product gave me the freedom to run errands while wearing a heating pad to soothe the pain from being on my feet. I highly recommend giving this product a try!
