Just got this set and the chuck spins extremely loosely. I had an older version that didn’t. Is this normal for this set?

Mine has a “light ratcheting” as I turn the chuck. As long as it secures the drill and/or driver bit you should be good.

Can I charge these batteries with a 240v charger? there would be a problem?

Actually im not sure we are understanding the question properly. If im not mistaken, the OP means to ask if he could charge these batteries he buys in the US, on a charger from a country with 220v (which he might have bought else where). If that is correct, then yes, you can still charge the battery on that charger as long as the charger output is the same as the US (110v) charger.
