Disguise Men's Optimus Prime Movie Deluxe Adult Costume

Surprisingly, this is not a third party product but an official licensed one. The material is good with thick padding on the chest and shoulder. I am 6’9” tall, 180lbs weight and the xl size fits me perfectly. My only complaint is the helmet is not big enough to fit my big head but fortunately, I already have another official helmet, sword and shield. As you can see in my attached photo, the overall result looks so good! I really feel I am Optimus Prime now. Alough it is really a little bit pricey, I still think it worthies every penny I paid.

The helmet is cheaply made and hot. You may need to do some customizations as I did. You will need to adjust the Velcro tabs and possibly super glue a few pieces into place. I had to cut a better opening in the bottom, due to melon-sized head. That being said, my grandson absolutely loved the fact that I dressed as Optimus Prime and he got to dress as Bumblebee. To be uncomfortable for an hour of Trick or Treating was worth the smile on his face. The Costume was very colorful and received great compliments. I would advise ordering early and actually unpacking and stuffing the shoulders and getting accessories laid out. I didn't unpack it until the day of and the shoulders were crushed a little. We made it work and had a great time. I would reccomend this costume.

Cute costume, the head/helmet is plastic and a tad flimsy. It split in half and we had to tape it together . My husband won worst costume in this lol...but honestly, that was just a jab at him, it was one of the best costumes at the party. It fit great and looked really awesome in pictures.

Fits well. Mask required a little extra glue to hold it together. Big hit for halloween, made me feel enormous.

Well made costum. Great material. The helmet is a thicker plastic, and a little awkward to put together, not sure how well it will hold up or how it will wear but the costume is great and very high quality.

The costume itself was was pretty awesome. But like most are saying the helmet was flimsy. I fixed it with duct tape, carefully so it was solid, reinforced the "ears"? With duct tape then filled with cotton to so they didn't crumble when putting on and taking off. Also, extremely extremely hot! I wish I had made a vent for my child but he wanted it to appear authentic. Also, if you have a big head its tight...hit and to tight to place anything in for comfort except one of the cool cloths used for summer. Soaked the cloth in water and put it in the fridge....still didn't really help. Also the gap between the head and neck. The helmet needs work!

The suit was perfect. Helmet didn't stay together super well but some tape inside fixed that.
