Perfect for indoor mat-required workouts, such as ab workout, push-ups, etc. Very large in lenght, in fact the largest I have came across with, average in width, but still wide enough for the average person. Could be placed horizontal instaed of Vertical to fit even the widest persons for workouts such as push ups (however the legs would then be left outside the mat). Steady and very comfortable, soft yet firm to perfectly support the back. Can be rolled over and carried easily from place to place. A quick wipe with a damp cloth is enough to keep it clean. Highly recommended product, and for this price - a steal.

The mat is deep and therefore supportive and comfortable. It was purchased for a friend to do physiotherapy exercises on, and therefore needed good support for a sustained period of time. A little expensive but the comfort factor sold me.Unable to assess the durability accurately as i only purchased 4 weeks ago.

This product is perfect.Worth the money.The softness has depth, it takes away the sweat quickly, it's very comfy.You could easy sleep on it!

This mat is a perfect size for pilates, and is a decent thickness - thick enough to be comfortable laying down, but not so soft that you can't balance on it. It had a really strong plasticky smell when it first arrived, but I left it unfurled in a well aired room for a few days and that faded away completely. The colour is fabulous and true to the picture.

Love that it's longer than typical mats. The thickness is okay, but not of super high quality as can be guessed from the price. The only issue I had was that the surface was greasy when it arrived. Maybe something to do with manufacturing, I'm not sure. It also didn't have a bag to carry it with. Other than that everything was fine.

This mat is thick as I wanted it, I use it to make different workouts and I needed something comfortable where to lay down without feeling the floor

Very comfortable. I have problem with my hip and trying to do exercise on normal mat is difficult. This is great for support and could even be used as a travel sleeping mat. But I use it for exercise. Excellent quality and value for money. .. Not sure what be like long term, but it springs back into have very quickly.very pleased.

Spent ages looking for a mat, very happy with my purchase. Inexpensive, good size, perfect thickness, excellent grip and I love the colour (grass green). It is also very easy to clean. Would definitely recommend.
