You will need to measure the distance between the two holes in your basin to see if the adjustable tap base that fits into the holes are around 9 inches apart from outer edge of one hole to the next. You have an adjustment distance of further inches - sorry don't do metric. The lower base can be turned at different angles to fit the hole width. Thomas and Holland have a Home webpage: www.taptaptap.co.uk. Their contact phone number is 0845 5193829. They will give advice on your requirements. They also have an email address, if you would prefer to contact them this way. **Q: What is measurement between where bars go into holes in work top. Hoping to fit into existing holes drilled in granite worktop as replacement tap** A: Hello, I'm interested in whether you bought this tap and did it fit? We are having a similar problem where we have had a new kitchen with a granite worktop but the double hole deck mounted taps supplied aren't long enough to fit through the worktop to be fitted underneath by our plumber. I've been looking everywhere for a tap that can be fitted! Hope you can give me some advice! Thanks in advance :-) **Q: What is the reach of this item** A: no idea! **Q: Does this tap have an aerator on the spout- is that what the “champagne diffuser” is?** A: Yes. Very good tap. Has screw lines to attach outside hose connector. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Was fitted quickly and easily and looks fantastic in the kitchen *by K***C on 28 July 2016* Tap arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The tap was new and had all of the correct fittings and fixtures. Was fitted quickly and easily and looks fantastic in the kitchen.Very well priced, very quick delivery and does the job! Very impressed! ### ⭐ Appalling quality. Terrible after sale service. Avoid like the plague *by R***S on 26 July 2022* Taps look great and initially worked well. However glands started leaking well within the warranty period. Seller eventually supplied replacement ceramic glands which solved the problem, but after about 18 months the glands have started leaking again. Have been contacting seller continuously since March. Replacement glands come from China and are so say on order but seemingly would be easier to obtain if they came from the moon. Seriously considering ripping the sodding things out and throwing through the seller's window, Will be left with no water in our kitchen soon because of them. Avoid at all costs and rejoice in the fact that they are currently unavailable with no forecast date for being back in stock ### ⭐⭐ Shocking quality *by D***T on 11 January 2019* I purchased this tap back in 2016 and my wife and I absolutely loved it, however after about 6 months the hot water valve kept leaking and the cold water levere kept coming loose. I contacted Thomas & Holland and they sent me a replacement hot water valve (almost impossible to find one that fits) which did the trick but recently the same things happened and Thomas & Holland are completely un contactable and never answer their phone or email. My advice would be to purchase a better quality well known brand. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/49396554-thomas-and-holland-french-bridge-kitchen-belfast-butler-sink-mixer](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/49396554-thomas-and-holland-french-bridge-kitchen-belfast-butler-sink-mixer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
