Personally I love it and if it broke I'd buy another one
I have seen a lot of negative reviews and I understand some of the comments. Personally I love it and if it broke I'd buy another one. Why? Because it's given my old 2007 Focus and new lease of life. My CD player broke ages ago and I hate the radio. This allows me to listen to Spotify or music on my iPhone easily. It's not great for calls however I'm not bothered as I don't wanna speak to chumps when I'm driving anyway. I wanna listen to music and it's great for that. Some people moan there is a hiss, there is before I start playing music, once the music is on I can't hear it. Make sure the volume on your phone is set to max volume as this reduces the hiss massively. The other thing some people have said about is it being a right fit and also breaks easily. Well it is a tight fit and if I kept taking it in and out I could see it breaking quickly. Here's the thing, leave it in the car! Just turn it off each time by holding down the power button. I'm always paranoid about car battery drain. It's tiny and unnoticeable, no one is gonna steal it or break in for it.I love it, it's around £10, it gives you access to all your music on an old car without a new stereo. Which is not only cheaper but better as any mechanic will tell you non factory fitted stereos can cause a lot of issues. It works well and was crazy easy to set up. I didn't need instructions, I plugged it in and it just worked. If it breaks then I would definitely buy another one. But by just leaving it in the car I reckon it will last a decent enough time for something that cost £10.99. I know some people moan it's cheap Chinese crap, well if you are expecting Apple spec equipment for £10.99, you are a moron. It's £10.99 BECAUSE it's from China. And in all fairness they have packed some good stuff for the price in here.

Galaxy S7 connection problems, how to solve it and other stuff :)
I paid full price for this item (no discount offered, or accepted), so it's not a "special" review....not saying that any others are.... ;) I had problems connecting my Galaxy S7 with this unit, but my LG G3 connected first time. I sorted the Galaxy S7 problem by clearing the cache (see here....([...]) search for the post from "SamsungMel". The sound quality is better than my current aux cable FM transmitter, the phone calls are clear and the built in microphone seems to work well. The screen has quite a bit of "light bleed" at the bottom which, as I have my unit mounted vertically in my 1997 XJ8 Jaguar, can be distracting at night, but for the price, I am very happy. It's a great product for anyone with an older car/head unit especially for people with the new-improved iPhone7 (improved as in they removed the useful aux lead socket!). It seems a little smaller than the pictures, but this is a good thing, it's unobtrusive and with the 2 USB sockets it powers my dash-cam and works as a phone charger, which means I can get rid of my other apdaptors and wiring to give a neater install in the car, very happy! I have not tried the USB micro SD, or memory stick player function, and to be honest, probably never will. The option to play music wirelessly without messing with plug in media and control it via my old LG G watch makes the USB route pretty redundant (a bit like the CD's this unit is replacing)! Overall, very pleased!

Not perfect but what I needed.
This MP3 transmitter has worked fantastically so far and I've had very few issues with it. One problem that I have run in to is that the fitting on the bottom of the transmitter is rather large and sometimes seems to take a bit too much force couple and uncouple with the car fitting. Another issue is that sometimes the sound quality can dip and become a little tinny, I'm not sure what the reason for this is but it isn't too frequent. It has allowed my to have my phone playing songs in an older car that doesn't have an MP3 socket though which is exactly why I bought it. Connectivity with the phone hasn't been a problem either (although bluetooth can eat battery life).Overall a good product that did what it promised but with some little niggles that stop it being perfect.

Take a chance
Sceptical as I am about finding cheap solutions to expensive issues I took the plunge. My car is a 350z and is 11yrs old has the original head unit with a cassette slot and the 6 cd front loader is starting to play up. Having just got a Samsung s7 edge and a Deezer account I was envious of my friends with there new car audio systems so as I said I took a chance switched my Bluetooth on and plugged this thing in the cigarette lighter it paired straight away. I pressed a preset station on my radio which was just white noise and tuned the gizmo to the same frequency fired up Deezer on my phone and bam totally awesome in fact my in car audio has never sounded as rich as it does now. I run Deezer through my 4g which so far is flawless. Obviously if you have a stingy data allowance I would be careful but so far for the money absolutely brilliant. Well happy.

pretty much perfect
there are a couple of things to be aware of when considering this product.1) there is a little hissing on the radio channel you select for the transmission.it is not major, it is only really noticeable in the quietest patches in your music. just don't expect crystal clarity first time, you may need to trial various frequencies until you find the best clarity.2) the English instructions are quite obviously translated from another language and could use some improvement in places.that being said, it's not difficult to work out and even with no instructions would only take 5 minutes of trial and error to connect everything.Overall, this product is pretty much perfect and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative way to add bluetooth connectivity to your vehicle.

Good device. Does what it says on the tin
Good device. Does what it says on the tin. If you are in two minds about it, I would recommend you take the plunge. Quick and easy way to get up and running with bluetooth audio for cars of a certain age.Update: I had to change the frequency it used due to creeping interference that go worse over time. Once done - a minor tweak - all was OK again. Can't say at this point if it will become a regular occurrence.
