Zeroplay Miter Bar for Table Saw Sled Accessories and Woodworking Tools, (ZP750-B2S2), 2-Pack

Excellent miter bar. I installed two of these in-line in a new cross-cut sled. It is a lot more complicated to install and more expensive than every other option for a miter bar, but the final result is fantastic.

The install and set up is a bit tricky. Drill the holes just a tiny bit out of line or accidently countersink one just a little too deep and you will have issues making the bars work smoothly. Ideally, they are easier to use as a single short miter bar such as I did on my 14 inch long taper jig. That was more than long enough to taper chair or other furniture legs.Once set up properly and dialed in, the zeroplay miter bar is dead accurate. I also like how easy it is to adjust even after it has been installed. I have four different tablesaw jigs and can move the miter bars from one jig to the other in a matter of seconds with no loss of accuracy.

I purchased these for the large sled to offer plans for...however, unless you have an extension on your table and you follow the plans, you will get a slight wiggle right about when the cut is completed at the fence line, keep in mind it is a heavy sled. I made the jig primarily for box joints, and that slight wiggle will affect the joint for sure.If I would have known this, I would have adjusted the guide a few inches to the back side of the jig and it probably would have solved the issue. I will know have to plug the holes and reinstall it.They should consider making two size options, a 19" +- rail would be perfect for the sled size they advertise. Other than that, they seem like they are well designed and easy to install, direction where easy to follow...but what the video first...

or even miter bars made from HDPE plastic (still better than wood) as these are easily adjustable to fit any standard miter slot. The material these are made from is low friction and wear resistant.The only "downside" one might find/consider is their short length. You can buy aluminum adjustable miter bars in much longer lengths, which may/may not be more suitable for your needs. Microjig products in general I've found to be well thought out, versatile and good quality for the price.

Easy to install when fabricating a sled for your tablesaw. Instructions were great and product works as advertised.

First rate plastic used in manufacture of these jig attachments. Been too busy to put these on my old sled. May build a new one, or remodel the old one. Overall I think these will be an improvement on my plastic sliders I made for the old sled. Less wobble by being adjustable.

Unfortunately, my saw bench mitre bar gap is 14mm. The Micro Jig width is 19mm so I was unable to use the product and subsequently returned it for a full refund. I was however very impressed with the item. The design and quality is excellent and I would recommend it for anyone requiring a solution to a sloppy fitting mitre jig of the correct width. If they had a narrower one to fit my saw bench, I would purchase it on the spot. It is a great product!

A well thought out product. I’ve made and jigs that needed good fitting runners. But you don’t have to worry about these, they will find their own fit… I’ll be buying a few more.

Me habia resultado dificil encontrar algun dispositivo que se adaptara perfectamente a las guias de mi sierra DeWalt, casi todas tienen un peque;o juego que evita que los cortes sean repetitivos y salgan con el angulo adecuado. Con esta herramienta puedo evitar ese movimiento y esta muy facil de instalar en cualquier dispositivo.

This is an excellent product which makes the building of jigs easy and very accurate.
