Does the wrench come with different pins and what is the maximum size watch case it will fit?

The pins on the wrench are removable but there are no additional pins in the kit. The wrench opens to 53 mm (approx 2").

I saw 'some other tools, not even from bergeon brand (with no brand name)' in a recent review. is this true? i want a kit been made up with begeon.

This is the one - with Bergeon!

how is it?Does it work well?

If your watch work is constrained to change watch batteries and replacing or adjusting bracelets, then this is the kit for you. High quality so it works very well on your finest of watches. Pricey, but you won’t be disappointed.

Do you offer the pins?

There are no pins included in this kit. The tool for removing the pins is in this kit.
