It’s okay.
This is great for practicing shots from, but the puck does not slide like on ice! Practicing stick handling on this is ok but not ideal.

We purchased this practice service for my 11 and 6 year ice hockey players. It is an excellent portable surface to use to practice shots both indoors and outdoors. Surface is better than other boards we have purchased and simulates real on ice experience. Very durable. Also, we use dry erase marker on it to assist with stock handling drills. Must have for off-ice training.
