This product is the far most greatest thing I ever purchased in my life. And not only that it helps my neck and my entire body by creating more space and giving it more flexibility everyday as I go. And the best way to use this product in my opinion is on your bed because it gives more of a stretch and capabilities to increase your process of getting rid of all the kinks in your back,neck,arms,shoulders,legs,feet. I have severe neck pain quite often and was looking for an at home solution to stretch it out. I ordered it one night and the next day it was in. The packaging was nice and it came with a little drawstring travel bag.Overall I got a minimal neck stretch out of this. I think this product would be great for someone who just needs some light stretching done. It’s a pretty solid tool. I didn’t find it very comfortable, but it can get the job done.

I've struggled on and off with neck/shoulder/upper back tension and pain. I'm a nurse and also in grad school. The physical demands at work and stress of school/sitting at a computer all day causes tension is always held in my neck and shoulder area. I continued to use it daily and after about 2-3 days my pain was pretty much gone. I continue to use it even without the pain flaring up and feel its helped keep my upper back/neck/and shoulder muscles relaxed. Super easy to use, relaxing, and I would definitely recommend!
