This is the perfect scooper for 4 oz cookies or that ice cream parlor scoop of ice cream! Good quality scooper.

Easy to use
I use these daily to scoop my larger cookies. This produces about the same size as most gourmet cookie shops. The click handle is easy to release. When using a stickier dough just dip in water before scooping. I have 4 of these. Love them!

So good, so far.
While this item does have a somewhat flimsy release lever, it is effective and executes the desired task. It has held up through several uses without degradation or rusting despite washing and air drying. I am Pleased with the price to performance/quality ratio.
