True to size
I wear 11.5 on regular shoes and bought an 11.5 on this shoe, it fits perfectly. Very sturdy for Olympic lifts. Good value; about $50 cheaper than Adidas or Nike. I have the green pair and they look great. I've had several different types of Olympic lifting shoes (Adidas, Reebok, Nike) and these are just as good, if not better, than the others. Inov-8 is doing a good job with their shoes. Full disclosure, I also have a pair of their F-Lite 240 shoes, and I love them.

If arch supports don’t work for your flat feet, try this lifting shoe
I purchased lifting shoes Reebok lifting shoes but could not wear them because of the hard arch support that caused pain due to being flat footed. This shows solved the issue and cost me less money but was equal in quality.

Beware sizing!
Ordered an 11.5 WIDE and received 11.5 regular. The product page showed 11.5 Wide when ordering, but the cart said 11.5 regular. Finally went to mfgr website, they don't even make a wide size, so this is a goof-up on Amazon.

Stability and Everything Else
Inov-8 is one of my favorite brands for barefoot shoes, so I was curious about their shoes on the opposite end of the spectrum. Weightlifting shoes are mostly different in how they support the body, and these do that insanely well. The heel portion is rigid to a level that is kind of magical, and the heels firmly grip the floor. The surrounds and top also grip the feet, while remaining breathable. The combination of all this is a great sense of security and safety when lifting weights that I have not had from any other shoe. The price is not low, but actually very good for what you get.I think it is fair to ask if these shoes are good for other things as well, and the answer is "no." Walking around in these makes me feel like I am pretending to be a robot from some retro sci-fi movie. They are not too bad if you just need to walk around a bit to grab weights or water, reposition feet, etc. I just mean that they are not practical for warming up or other aerobic exercises. If you need one shoe to do it all, with some big compromises at each, Inov-8 does have some shoes to offer that are also very nice. In my view, if you are primarily into weightlifting and short on budget, I would suggest these plus a knock-off shoe for aerobics or basic trail running. I can relate. If you are shopping around and haven't heard of this brand, definitely give them some consideration. I see other reviews say that they run small, but the fit was perfect to me.
