Absolutely. Relaxes the muscles all over. I used it mainly to treat pain I was getting post-run in my lower back - works a treat and I honestly wouldn’t do without it now.

Does this salt do any good to hair or am I best to wash my hair separately?

I soak my hair and massage my scalp frequently whilst in the bath. I then just let them dry naturally. I’ve dandruff and it got better. Also worth noting is that I have a bath 2-3 times a week with it and wash my hair with shampoo only twice a week in the shower now. It really helped my skin.

where is this product made?

Dr Salts bath salts used to always be made in the UK. The salts which come in the new style of packaging (750g cardboard tubs) are made in China. This information is written on the back of the packaging. Unfortunately the quality of the salts from China has been much poorer; they have no scent and the texture is different.
