The ornament is beautiful, however, I was hoping the picture would be seen a little better. The product shown to shoppers is much brighter and easier to view. Thank you for your work though.

I'm in absolute love with this. I put a picture of my dog for a Christmas present for my mom. Came out so good. Well packaged for the trip. It was late but I don't think it was the company's fault.

This turned out very nice and they even removed the background from the photo. It also feels like it is good quality (heavy), no doubt it will last a lifetime.

So disappointing!! You could not see the picture at all... looked like a blur! The company should have reached out to me if they thought the uploaded picture would not work. Also, the hole at the top of the ornament went directly through the name of the person receiving the gift! How can the manufacturer not see that the layout of the picture would interfere with the pre-drilled hole? No words.
