Wrong size sent and no communication.
Very nice solid fire grate but the wrong size was sent to me and I made contact with the seller prior to purchase on sales advise which wasn’t replied to. I will chance another re-order in hope I am sent the correct size but I will not email the company as they simply don’t reply. Nice produce but customer service nice huge improvement.

Sent the wrong size
Product arrived on the date stated (slower than Amazon) seemed of good quality but will have to return as they sent the wrong size even though the sticker attached quoted the size ordered ? No apparent way to order the right size only refund Hmm

Not what I call 16 inches!
It was advertised as a 16 inch fire great, and it comes at less than 15 inches. Only a small thing I suppose but still annoying
