Is there a fabric/cloth strap available for this watch(as for the orange one)?

Hi Katarzyna.  Sorry to hear your watch is not working.  I know this sounds a bit obvious but before  you send the watch away to be looked at have you checked that the battery is Ok  I have had to change mine already and I have had the watch less than a year.  If you have then I would initially approach Amazon as the retailer to seek a replacement as it is still under guarantee.  Otherwise you can send it back to Casio.  The Casio Warranty Card paperwork supplied with my watch (as yours I hope?) gives full details of how and where to do this.  If you are in the UK then the  contact details are Casio Electronics Co Ltd Harp View 12 Priestly Way London NW2 7JD telephone 0208 452 7253.  They will need to see the watch and a copy of the sales receipt to conform date of purchase etc.  If you are in mainland Europe or elsewhere let me know and I will see if I can find the appropriate contact details for you.
