Goodbye sinus headaches
I regularly suffer from sinus and tension headaches. I was using over-the-counter medications like they were Tic Tacs, smearing my forehead with Apsercreme with lidocaine, and putting a bit of Vicks VapoRub under my nose for the menthol relief. These methods would work for a bit, but finding some relief was a lot of effort. This fits nicely around my head with the adjustable Velcro, and I am able to select the heat level and time before it automatically shuts off. The heat has been so helpful with the headaches and has encouraged my sinuses to drain. I even flipped it around so the heated part was on my jaw and the Velcro closure at the top of my head when I had a particularly stressful day with a lot of jaw clenching. It could conform around my jaw and place the heat in the right spot. The cord is nice and long, so you don't have to worry about being 6 inches away from a plug. I have yet to use it with the moisture option. I'm afraid I will never want to take the mask off once I try that. You aren't supposed to sleep with it on, but it does so well helping me relax the tension that it is hard to stay awake most of the time. I am able to put the mask on and put my glasses lightly over it so I can enjoy the healing heat and still watch television. I'm sure I look like a Wish version of Zorro or the masked man from The Princess Bride, but I do not care. Happiness and health over vanity :)

Great product!
I love this simple and effective heated face mask. I got it after sinus surgery and it made such a huge difference in how my face felt, and I still use it. Great for anybody with a sinus problem or just trying to relax your head and faceafter a long day.

Nice addition for sinus issues
I bought this to help with sinus pain and pressure. It has several settings so you can adjust the heat which is nice. It also has a timer. It is well built and even though it plugs in - the cord is long. The material is soft and feels nice against skin. It does cover a good portion of your face and sinuses. The heat does feel good. I make sure it is nice and snug to ensure I feel the heat.

great tool in my migraine toolkit
I use this thing all the time. It can get very hot, which I like, though it often doesn't feel that hot against my head (maybe because of where the pressure points are on the mask) I often find when I use it laying down, when I take it off, the pillow feels hotter than the mask did, so I get continued relief even with the mask off. The heating elements are only in the front, around the eye holes and face area and don't go around the entire mask (sides and back). I am able to easily wear it backwards, though so I can also heat my neck and back of head when experiencing tension headaches. I also like that it's basically reversible, so you can adjust which way the tacky/nasty side of the velcro is facing, depending on if you're trying to protect your hair or your favorite pillowcase. I've never used it damp/moist so can't comment on that aspect.

Works But Not Quite What I Was Expecting
I mistakenly threw out all the packaging this came in otherwise I probably would have returned it. It's really not worth $35 in my opinion. It was an impulse buy when I was having a lot of sinus pain from allergies. The one pro: It heats up fast and stays hot. I didn't notice it changing much in temperature. It gets HOT too. I could only use it on medium heat, not high - that was too hot. It heats evenly and consistently and did help make my sinuses feel better. The cons - and these are more personal to my preferences: Having a cord is a hassle. Had I done more research I would have bought one that was rechargable/battery operated. The mask is very lightweight. Maybe that's a pro for others but I was expecting something with a bit of heft to it to counter sinus pain. To me, having a little weight with the heat feels better. This is about the weight of a sock. The mask also fits kind of odd. It covers too much of the sides of my nose when the eyeholes are properly aligned. The edges are annoying on my nose and I find myself fiddling with it a lot. I'm already having trouble breathing out of my nose because of the sinus issues and it really just aggravates me while wearing it. That said, I did manage to fall asleep twice while wearing it so it's not THAT awful unless I'm trying to watch tv or scroll on my phone. I also can't decide if I like the moist heat option or not. I can't really tell if it's much of a difference. And, once you spritz it that means you can't put the mask away until it's dry (and it doesn't dry very fast) so that was something I hadn't considered (I don't like having clutter around - again, this is a "me" con). Obviously, you can choose to not use the water with it. Lastly, the plug is larger than most electronic things like this. I had to get a different power strip to plug it in because it won't fit in the one I keep close for all my beauty/health devices. These days you usually get one with a USB end on the cord so this seemed a bit outdated. Bottom line is - it heats up and does what it says it does. It's just kind of cheaply made and not worth the price in my opinion. I like the concept, just not this one.

Great heat, nice fit. Knocks the chill off.
The cold windy air here in NY really does a number on my sinuses and makes my face swell. Even when I get in the house, I have to make something hot to drink to warm up my face. I got this mask to help when I got the flu or when I need to knock the chill off. It really gets nice and hot on the high setting, so be careful. The timer feature is great. I can fall asleep with it and not worry about burning my face off lol. The mask is very comfortable and the velcro holds well. The cord is a decent length to reach while you on the couch or lying in bed. I wish they had a full size face version. Highly recommend.
