Not right type of Cap
Hi Water tastes fine however I bought these thinking it was the pull up cap - not many brands do this type cap now, but turns out is 'sports cap' which is the type that lifts back to open and I find it very difficult to drink from this type cap, and wanted the pull up cap. To be fair realise now does say sports cap but is hard to see on picture that this is not the pull up type of cap.Just an update at July 2020 as this sellar is very good when things go amiss -.I was sent sparkling water instead of still - I emailed seller and very prompt response and still water sent very quickly. To note in terms the caps I swap the sports cap with pull up caps from isotonic bottled drinks I use when I exercise. They fit perfectly. 😄

Possibly Tap Water
Could this be counterfeit water? It tastes like tap water. The packaging was dusty and some of the bottles were scraped. Never again.

Tastes like plastic
It doesn't matter where you buy this water from, it ALWAYS tastes like plastic. Not everyone seems to be able to notice it, but I would definitely recommend avoiding this brand due to possible plastic contamination

Tastes like plastic
I often buy my lunch at a takeaway food establishment in Central London and have purchased a couple bottles of Harrogate Spring Water 500ml (with the sports cap) over the the course of a couple months and both times I have literally spat the water out due to it's rank plastic taste. Also seemed to form a weird cloudy vapour (pictured) when closed! Wrote to the company the first time and they indicated it was an anomaly. The second time I returned the bottle to the store for an exchange for a different brand. Sadly for Harrogate however, the problem of foul tasting water seems to persist and I would recommend customers to avoid this water due to possible plastic contamination, for whatever reason I have no idea.Avoid!

Worse than the worst tap water!!!
Ok when straight from the fridge but one cold edge has gone it tastes like nasty tap water. It’s worse than any tap water I’ve tasted (which I often don’t mind). And he bottles are too thin and flimsy and bend in your hand. If it wasn’t bought direct from Harrogate I was be convinced it’s FAKE!And since when was ‘thickness’ a feedback criteria for water? “Oh yes, my water was lovely and THICK” haha
