Perfect
Great coat. We just went through windchills in the negatives and this kept me really warm. The elastic at the bottom bothers me from time to time but keeps drafts out.

Superior quality, slightly big!
The quality and style of this coat is superb! Even the fur around the hood is super soft and real looking! I'm extremely picky, especially when I spend this kind of money on a maternity coat that I won't get much use out of, and it definitely met my expectations! All other (more affordable) coats I found in stores were poor quality (filled with light weight polyester) and I was freezing in 40° weather! This coat is very warmI'm even comfortable walking my dog in 28°! I am 25 weeks prego and there is plenty of room for my growing belly. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is cause I really wish it had a cinched waist or belt or something to help flatter the bump a little better. I feel like without that, the coat feels a little big and its hard to tell there's a "bump" in there! Also, since I'm only 5'3" tall (120lbs pre pregnancy weight), the coat also feels a tad bit long on me in front, since they designed it with a slightly longer front for when the belly fills the coat out, but I'm not sure my belly will ever fill it lol. That being said, I would have loved if they offered an XS size! Despite my issue with it being a tad roomy, it was still worth the extra $ for the superior warmth and quality.best I found, and I looked everywhere! Also, wonderful customer service (over email) with Stefanie at Luxury Lane!

Top quality, terrific maternity coat!!! Sizing more generous than the sizing chart suggests...
I just received this in the mail and I'm totally thrilled. The down fill is very generous and snuggly, and the quality is really top notch. It has a high quality metal zipper and the fabric is nice and durable. It has nice cuffs at the wrists to keep cold air from traveling inside. I think this will keep me very cozy for a winter pregnancy in Wisconsin. It seemed like a high price at first for a jacket I'll only wear for a season, but I bought a cheaper maternity winter coat that turned out to be very thin, and I think this was a totally worthwhile investment. The only minor thing I wish were different is that the hood has no way to cinch or tie it to keep it up.About the sizing: I was worried that it might be too tight in the chest because the sizing chart says that size large fits a 41" bust, and my bust measures 44". But it turns out that the sizing is more generous than the chart suggests. This size large leaves plenty of room on me for a bulky winter sweater underneath, and I think the belly will see me through the entire pregnancy no problem. Can't wait for it to get cold enough to wear this!

Don't order up a size!
Received my package on time. Yay! It does run big. I ordered up a size for a large since I am 30 weeks along but I should of ordered a medium. I was thinking with a fleece under layer I would need to go up a size. Well, even with the fleece jacket under layer, this over coat is big. The big thing I don't like, there are no tightening tabs for the waist or around the bottom to give it a more fitted look. Also, they provide belt loops but no belt. Really? Why couldn't they make a matching belt for this price? The inside is black with white polka dots. They are out of Mediums now, so I will have to decide whether to keep it or send it back. It is warm and it is comfortable.

Does the job, but could be improved
This is nice, warm coat for the price, but could be better... It's really heavy, so it can be cumbersome when you take it off once indoors (i.e. at dinner). Seems like an odd complaint, but my non-maternity North Face winter coat is every bit as warm, at about 1/4 the weight. It's a lot of material, and fits well during the 3rd trimester, but it felt too large before then. Finally, and this is rather significant - there are no drawstrings for the hood. It's a pretty roomy hood and catches wind easily. One small gust of wind and the thing flies off. It's really only good if there isn't any wind, which is about never in NYC.

Warm and long
Warm and long in comparison to the other maternity puffers. I need to survive a Chicago winter pregnancy this year, due at the end of February. It's expected to be extremely cold again this year and this coat is warm and provides great coverage. I'm not usually one for faux fur trim, but it's black and it's not overwhelming. I got it a little big to be able to wear it until the day I deliver. There are some loops that look like belt loops but no belt. I thought they had forgotten to send it to me and then I looked at the picture online again.

Happy with purchase
I'm 5'8" and I was a 6 pre-pregnancy. Medium is perfect. I have room to grow through my third trimester. I think it will be warm enough for New York winter, it's solid and well made. Belt loops are a bit weird but I like the overall fit and look. The cuffs are fantastic and like the polka dot lining.

Long and warm but large
This coat was much larger than I expected and does not come with a belt. It is very long, which is great for winter, but I wish the bottom could cinch down to keep out drafts. Relatively warm, would need more gor under 20 degrees.
