Under the best of circumstances I am not a great sleeper. I feel lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep a night. The usual is about 4. When I recently developed a pain in my neck, my few hours of sleep became even fewer. I tried a several things with conventional pillows to give my neck some support while trying to fall asleep but these would ultimately fail after I went to sleep and moved. So I did what I normally do when I have problem or need to fix something and searched Amazon, this time for a “neck support pillow.” I found several options but decided on this pillow, despite thinking the price was a bit high, because it had good reviews, was a best seller and the product descripttion. After three months of using this pillow I can report my neck pain is completely relieved. It did not happen over-night (no pun intended), but took about a week for my neck pain to resolve. Literature that came with product warned of this possibility. I cannot say the pillow increased my sleep time but it did get me back to my normal sleep pattern which was my only expectation. The pillow provides great support while sleeping on my back or on my side. The pillow has also received the unspoken recommendation of my wife as I find she frequently commandeers my pillow when I have left the bed. Actually she has verbally said she likes the pillow and wants to get one for herself. In my option this pillow is definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it for anyone suffering with neck pain and feels they need neck support while sleeping. Speaking from experience, you may never want to use a conventional pillow again.

I really love this pillow. I bought one for myself and for my husband. We're both mainly side sleepers, but I also sleep on my stomach. I had shoulder pain from sleeping with my arm under my pillow. Now I put the lifted edge of this one flush with my shoulder and try to aim my ear as much to the center button as possible. I'm them able to cradle the side of the pillow with no problem. When I sleep on my stomach, I do the same ear trick and use the arm rests on each side. It's helped so much. We don't even use our other pillows for actual sleep anymore!

It's a very comfortable pillow. The cooling works fairly well and I feel a lot more at ease resting my arm under the side of it. My only critique, is my shoulders are more broad then the average person. So as far as support, it feels like it should be a little taller for those with wider shoulders. It feels like it's better suited to the average person, but for those with more broad shoulders, you might need an additional thin pillow under it.

Absolutely amazing. I have C3 to T1 herniation and bone spurs that I recently caused further damage to. I never thought I would say a pillow, of all things, would change my life. My daughter has this same pillow and encouraged me to try it. I was experiencing a lot of pain down through my left shoulder, shoulder blade and arm. My left pinky finger is often numb. From the first night of sleeping on this pillow it made a big difference. My pain is not entirely gone, but has lessened extremely. I am beginning to get feeling back into my left fingers. I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking to lessen pain and realign their neck for better sleep. I have been a side sleeper for most of my life. As far as coolness, it does keep my head a little cooler than a traditional pillow. I recommend this to anyone experiencing similar issues, but more to those who don’t have issues yet to better align their neck and back for better sleep.

Pretty comfortable, good support. Only real issue is the size - ordered king sized, and they're tiny. I mean barely a regular pillow sized. So just be aware these will not fit well in a king pillow case.

I have a pretty bad neck for a 31 year old. I'm in physical therapy at the moment but not for a specific injury, just a degenerative disc disease. So I've been looking for a way to get restorative sleep for a very long time. This pillow definitely helps. I can't say it's cured me completely but I do get a better night's sleep and feel more rested when I wake up. I also feel less pain in the mornings than I did before I started using this pillow. I don't toss and turn all night either which I used to do often. Overall I would recommend this pillow if you have neck or back issues and have a hard time getting good rest because of it. It takes a little getting used to because it keeps it's shape unlike traditional pillows you can kind of mold into whatever shape you'd like. But I personally do love that you can sleep on your back, side & stomach. I will say, I'm usually a person that sleeps on my stomach (could be part of the reason I have a messed up neck in the first place) but with this pillow I prefer to sleep on my back or on my side. Occasionally I'll sleep on my stomach but I haven't found a way that doesn't make my arms fall asleep, which happens with regular pillows too anyway. So that's not really a negative to me, just something I thought I'd mention.

I bought this pillow to help me sleep straight to prevent neck wrinkles and it does keep me from curling my head during the night. Memory foam feeling, so it’s very soft but still gives support. Normal pillow cases fit over it.

Love it! No more head and neck pain in the morning. I just hope there are options for thickness but overall i’m happy with my purchase

Excelente almohada se siente el cambio desde el primer uso, buen material

Sufría mucho de dolor en cervicales, Con esta almohada ya se me quitaron los dolores. Está rara pero funciona.

La almohada es muy comoda para dormir, tiene muy buen soporte para el cuello. El unico detalle es que dice tamñao KS, sin embargo comparado con otras almohadas KS es mas pequeña. Fuera de eso funciona de maravilla
