I am pleasantly surprised
I couldnโt wait for this mat to arrive. First of all Iโm not affiliated to the company. So I got the box as I got home and put it aside as Zi wanted to eat my dinner first. As Iโm having my very healthy dinner I prepared my fingered started to cramp so I started to rub it to subside. A few minutes later my other finger started to cramp I started to get annoyed cause I didnโt know why. I drank water and through out my dinner my fingers wore cramping. I jumped up and opened the box expecting nothing. I connected the cord one side to the mat and the other side to the connector as per instructions. I stepped on it and waited. I started to feel gently something balancing my body out moving from my feet throughout my body. The sensation was gentle and pleasant but I was ready to jump if I had to. Felt no more hand cramps and the middle back pain I started to feel at work was no more as I kept my feet on the pad. I highly recommend it. I would like to ad that one should not drink or use any drugs while tasting or using this product so you can quietly observe whatโs happening in your body while you are in contact with it.

Grounding matt
I can feel the circulation in my legs when Iโm on it and every time I turn it on my dog comes and puts her front feet on it also.

a fairly priced option that is fine to the touch
Whether it's the placebo effect or genuine (I don't have any meters to measure what is actually happening) it does appear to enable better sleep. It's fine with direct skin contact, no discomfort or texture issues and the price was right.
